Very really sweet staff, allowed us to choose our room, private parking, spoke good English, assisted us with everything, good size room.

Romantic getaway? More like a nightmare. The location was perfect. We found some lovely cozy corners to spend time together and watch the world go by. It's only a short stroll to some great dining options, and the view from the room was amazing as well.
The room was seriously outdated and not as clean as we expected. The carpets were worn and the whole place had a musty smell that was hard to ignore. Worst of all, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and we had to clean it ourselves before using it. Needless to say, the experience was far from romantic and we couldn't wait to check out.

The room was clean and spacious; I had a good night's rest. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to cultural and leisure spots. I appreciated the free parking provided.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from popular attractions like Kültürpark and Alsancak. Being so close to the city center meant that I could easily explore the area and dine at the nearby restaurants. The room I stayed in was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a relaxing and peaceful environment. The hot shower worked perfectly, allowing me to refresh myself after a long day of sightseeing.
In short, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. With its luxurious amenities, enhanced comfort, and quality services, it offers great value for money.

We stayed in a hotel located in a central area with various tourist attractions nearby, such as parks, museums and the seafront. Our good-sized room was clean, spacious, had a hot shower, and free parking space. We received excellent service from the polite staff who assisted us with everything we needed.
The downside was that the hotel's location was a bit hard to find, due to complicated one-way traffic, which caused some inconvenience when arriving.

We stayed at a hotel in Izmir over Christmas and were impressed with the spacious room and the friendly staff who were always willing to help. the location was perfect - just a short walk away from the cultural park and a bustling area with plenty of shopping and dining options.
Sadly, our experience at the hotel did not live up to our expectations. the room was poorly maintained and had a musty smell that was hard to ignore.
